Can anyone tell me how the wait times are in September? We are thinking of planning our next trip for September 2011...we usually go in October. Any thoughts?

I went last year in September. Ride waits were very minimal. The longest we waited was for Toy Story Spin and that was 40 minutes. Now, my husband is a pro at running around and using our fast passes to their fullest extent, so we did use them wisely. It was really hot the week we went, so the longest lines happened at night during extra magic hours for resort members only. I think many people stayed at the pool and came at night when it was cooler. The fast passes were all ready used up for the day, so you had to wait in line like everyone else.

Yeah...the heat makes me nervous too. We love to go in October and beat the heat. I was concerned the crowds would be worse because of the free dining that takes place at that time.

I think because school has just started many people avoid this time. I think its a great time to go since school isn't really into the swing of things yet and they do not seem to miss too very much. But I will say there were some times when it was sooo HOT it was unbearable. I liked it better in October when I went, but I think September is better for school purposes personally
